My version of popular "Best Guide to Making a Stylized Asset" by 3Dex.

Low poly and high poly in Maya, detailed in ZBrush, baked in Marmoset, textured in Substance Painter, custom materials created in Substance Designer.
Tileable floor material was modeled in Maya, sculpted in ZBrush, baked and textured in Substance Painter.
